  13. Due to my own stupidity, I managed to fry my 4000's internal floppy by
  14. pluggin the power connector in upside-down.  I wouldn't care so much
  15. except that whenever you buy software, it comes on floppy, so I'll need
  16. a floppy drive next time I buy any software.

  18. There's a company advertizing in the latest Amazing Amiga called
  19. "Integrated Teknologies Inc"[sic].  First question: are they reputable?

  21. Second question: they advertize A4000 1.76 Mb drives for $129 as
  22. refurbs.  That's probably more than I want to pay, and I can live with
  23. just 880K since that's what everything is distributed on.  Is the A2000
  24. internal drive compatible (electrically and in form factor) with the
  25. 4000's internal drive?  Their 2000 refurb .88 drives are $50, which is
  26. more along the lines of what I'm willing to pay for a floppy.
